Zouk Heat 2025 will have access to the entire main ballroom nearly 9,000sq ft ballroom with 18ft ceilings to give you a good dance experience all weekend.
We've procured an additional 4,000sq ft ballroom for more workshop space & as a Chill Room for social dancing.

Parking is only free to event attendees (both staying at the hotel & commuting to-and-from the festival). All other parking is subject to the hotel's $15.00 per day fee.
Do I need a parking tag/decal at the hotel?
No passes/decals needed:
No passes/decals are needed. Commuting festival attendees won't need any parking passes/decals either. Should someone staying at the hotel not get a pass, it will be alright....NO WORRIES! The hotel will not tow due to event volume....UNLESS someone is parked somewhere that is not a parking space or parking in an area that does not belong to the hotel.
OVERFLOW PARKING
Overflow parking will be next door at 2325 building (Dulles Metro Center at Dulles Corner) on the top floor (uncovered area only). There are parking spots labeled as “Hyatt Parking” that attendees can park. However, only after 5:30 pm on Friday until Sunday night, attendees can park on the first and second level (left side of the parking only) if the top floor parking spots are all taken. Any car that is parked on those levels beyond Sunday, on levels one and two, may be towed.
HEATED INDOOR POOL & HOT TUB
Rejuvenate mind and body with a dip in the 15-meter lap pool, featuring detailed stone work. Relax in the luxurious full-size whirlpool / hot tub. Situated adjacent to the fitness center, the pool and deck area has been designed with your relaxation, fitness and fun in mind.
Hours: 6 am to 10 pm, daily
